- 1. Items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, or DHL. Express shipping will take 1-3 business days in the US. Regular shipping will take up to 5-7 business days in US. WE ONLY SHIP TO U.S. ADDRESSES. (Puerto Rico included)
- 2. All orders are processed and shipped on the next day if orders place before 4PM Pacific Time .
- 3. We offer a wide range of shipping options for our customers based on economic and speed of shipment. All shipping is done via Express Service or Priority Service. We promptly process all orders received and guarantee to ship all orders within 24 hours, most cases products are shipped the same day. However, please keep in mind that there are no Saturday, Sunday and holiday pick-ups or deliveries.
- 4. Shipping insurance is optional. It is up to the buyer to decide to purchase it or not.
- 5. Our shipping rates reflect the 48 states of the U.S. For Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, please add the additional fee listed under each item.
- RETURN & USAGE POLICY:

- 1. All products purchased from DishXperts are non-refundable. We have this policy in place because we only sell brand new unopened products. Any shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported to DishXperts within 2 days of receiving the shipment.
- 2. All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, we will exchange products which are found to be defective within 1 week from the day that you receive it. Please contact us (either by email or phone) if you have any problems with any of our products and one of our in-house technicians will attempt to solve the issue, and exchange it if necessary. All items sent back will be tested thoroughly and carefully. Please make sure that you know what you are doing with the products before contacting us for exchange.
NOTE: If we determine, after testing, that the item(s) is not defective and it is a case of user error, then there will be a $25 (per receiver) fee charged. - 3. Receivers with 3rd party firmware will NOT be covered under warranty from our store and/or the manufacturer.
- 4. A receiver is considered defective if and only if it does not function properly with the original manufacturer's firmware.
- 5. We DO NOT condone the use of these receivers or any satellite equipment for illegal purposes. Please do not call or email us asking about the use of these products for illegal purposes. We will NOT respond to any such questions.
- 6. If you cancel an order before it is shipped, you will be charged an unrecoverable merchant fee for the cancellation. Normally this is a 4% non-refundable credit card fee, plus $15.00 refund transaction fee. This can change based on customer's original order.

Do not purchase or hook up your equipment until you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use and Declaration of Intent. All sales are contingent upon your review of these Terms. By purchasing equipment from DishXperts, the purchaser agrees to the Terms below.
I, the Purchaser, understand that certain cable/satellite television equipment sold legally may nevertheless beused in an unauthorized manner to aid in the theft of cable/satellite television services. As an inducement to the dealer to sell me cable/satellite equipment, I, hereby declare, under penalties of perjury, that I understand that federal law and various state and local laws provide for substantial criminal and civil penalties for the theft of cable/satellite television services, and that all products that I purchase from DishXperts, now and in the future, will not be used to intercept any cable/satellite television signal without proper authorization from my local cable/satellite company and payment of all lawful charges, and I will only use the equipment in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
DishXperts is selling you equipment so that you may use in a legitimate way as intended. It is not the intent of DishXperts to defraud any cable/satellite company, and DishXperts will not assist any individual in doing so. Receiving cable/satellite signals without proper payment is a crime. It is the customer's responsibility to notify their cable/satellite company of any equipment they may have, and must obtain permission to use such equipment. DishXperts will not be held responsible for any damages physical or legally that may be incurred while using equipment purchased from DishXperts. You must comply with all federal, state and local laws regarding private ownership of cable/satellite TV equipment.
In the event that I am a dealer in cable/satellite television equipment, I will not advertise such products with the intent that any purchaser buy the equipment for the purpose of aiding in any theft of cable/satellite television services, nor will I sell or otherwise transfer any equipment I have purchased from DishXperts to any third party who I know or may suspect will use any such cable/satellite equipment for the theft of cable/satellite television services. As an inducement to the dealer, I agree to indemnify DishXperts for any liabilities, cost or expense which may incur, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs, as a result of my breach of the foregoing declaration.
Title 47 of the United States Code 553 (a)(1) states that:
"No person shall intercept or receive or assist in intercepting or receiving any communications service offered over a cable system, unless specifically authorized to do so by a cable operator or as may otherwise be specifically authorized by law."
By placing an order, the purchaser states that he/she is of legal age and those products ordered will only be used in a lawful manner. It is the sole responsibility of the end user to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws when using these products.
Buyer agrees to hold DishXperts, its owners, employees and affiliates free of any claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use/misuse of products ordered from this web site and/or products from external sites. Buyer further agrees to hold and save harmless distributor from any and all claims, liabilities, disputes and expenses such as attorney's fees from third parties resulting from improper use (i.e. hacking or pirating encoded pay satellite signal) of the equipment furnished by distributor, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs.
